Who operates the service

Relay Advisors operates Garage Door Killeen to connect homeowners with independent local pros. To ask about your information, or to request correction or deletion, email [email protected].

What is collected

The request form collects your name, phone number, ZIP code, a description of the problem, an optional photo, the page you sent it from, the time it was sent, your consent to be contacted and a request reference number. Do not send payment details, identity documents or unrelated personal information. Photos should leave out people and unrelated personal details.

How information is used and shared

Request details are used to arrange a response and to operate the site. They are stored privately and shared with the independent local pro handling your request. People who operate the site and service providers that support it also process the information as needed. We use Google Workspace to store requests and photos and to send alerts.

No public list of requests is created. Only authorized operators can access the full request records, and a business handling requests receives only the requests meant for it.

Retention and your choices

We delete request details and photos 12 months after the last contact about the request, unless the business handling your job has taken it over. If a business takes over your request, its own notice and retention terms apply to its copy; ask that business about it.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We review the request and confirm your identity using only what is needed.

Analytics

If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site visits. Form submission events contain a page path and site identifier, never form contents or phone numbers.
